Currently E2’s 30 day fitness class challenge mind and body support group is finishing up our 30 day Spring fitness challenge combined with our Whole30 food reboot support group. The list goes on and on with phenomenal weight loss results, curbed cravings, recreating healthy food relationships and hormone rebalancing.
But that isn’t the best part of a food reboot: our members are learning how to beat food cravings and release habits that have held them hostage and kept them prisoners in a body that is less than their true optimal health. When we are stressed, we have choices about how to handle that stress. At E2 Yoga and Fitness, we teach and coach our members how to create and sustain stress responsive healthy living habits with outcomes they fall in love with. By coaching “kindness to self” and teaching mindful living habits, we help our clients create new and effective ways to deal with negative daily stressors that take us off track. This essentially eliminates reaching for sugary snacks, salty snacks, and junk food as a way of coping.
We believe in balance in the kitchen, at parties, in our fitness classes, and in our lives. The food component of fitness is essential on your path to great health and good living. Sometimes all we need is a fresh start and a fresh perspective because after all, life is one great, big picnic.
